How Your Donation Helps Children and Teenagers With Cancer And Leukaemia

From research to education, from equipment to day-to-day running of relevant project, we are passionate about funding initiatives and events that promote and protect the physical and mental health of children and teenagers with leukaemia or other forms of cancer and their families.

To do so, we need your support: from you personally, schools, communities or businesses – one-off donations or regular giving.

One-off Donations

We know that it is hard to commit to regular donations, so we are always grateful for one-off contributions of any size.

PayPal: it’s easy to give with PayPal. Click the button and 100% of your gift will reach CTCLF.

Text to Donate: text CTCL38 to give just £5 now. Text costs £5 + one standard network rate message.

Cheques: make payable to Child & Teenage Cancer & Leukaemia Foundation

Regular Giving

You can arrange to donate a set amount to the charity each month through a standing order. This gives us a regular income and helps reduce our administrative costs.

Leaving a Gift in Your Will

CTCLF is very grateful for any bequest, whatever its value, and we offer free Will-writing materials to help you plan for the future of your loved ones.

Fundraising for CTCLF

CTCLF relies on the support of individuals, community groups, schools and businesses to continue funding causes that promote and protect the physical and mental health of children and teenagers with leukaemia or other forms of cancer and their families.

Personal – Easyfundraising

If you shop online, you can raise funds for CTCLF simply by going to your chosen retailer through www.easyfundrasing.org.uk. It does not cost you a penny more, most major online retailers are there, and we will receive a donation every time you shop.

School and Community

There are many ways that schools and communities can raise funds for CTCLF and we have compiled an A to Z, first of all for primary schools, but also for groups wanting ideas. CLICK HERE for the A to Z.

Work

Corporate Social Responsibility can mean doing well by doing good. Supporting CTCLF can help maximise benefits for your business by enhancing your image outside and inside your company. CTCLF knows that philanthropy must also satisfy the needs of the business. Working in partnership, we can make sure that your needs are met while money is raised for a cause that matters to your clients and employees.

Sell on eBay for CTCLF

eBay for Charity allows you to list an item on eBay and donate 10-100% of your final sale price to us – it’s that easy, and every time you list an item for CTCLF, you get a fee credit on your basic insertion and final value fees equal to the percentage you donate. So if you donate 50% of your selling price to CTCLF, eBay will waive 50% of your fees. To learn more about how you can support charities on eBay, visit www.ebay.co.uk/charity.

Gift Aid

Make your donation to CTCLF worth a quarter more with Gift Aid declaration.

Gift Aid is a government scheme which enables registered charities like us to claim the tax back from the HMRC on donations. If you are currently a UK taxpayer and you fill out a Gift Aid declaration when you make a donation, we can claim back 25p for every £1 that you donate. Please note that Gift Aid cannot be claimed on donations made on behalf of a group or a collection. You can read the HMRC’s full guidelines here.

Please download, complete and return the Gift Aid form.
